Regular membership shall be open to any person residing in Canada and being at least 18 years of age, be of good character, and must believe in the Aims and Objectives of the Royal Canadian Air Force Association.

Members include those currently serving in good standing or who have been honourably released from the following services. 

• The RCAF, Regular or Reserve Air Element of the Canadian Forces, or any other of Her Majesty's Air Forces including the Air Arms of Her Majesty's Navies or Armies 

• An Air Arm of an allied nation past or present (Commonwealth, USA, NATO, etc.)

• The RAF Ferry Command

• The Royal Canadian Air Cadets

• Air Cadet Officer (Cadet Instructors Cadre - CIC)

• Civilian Air Cadet instructor

• Retired Air Cadet (minimum 18 years of age)

• The Air Cadet League of Canada

• The Department of National Defence

• The Aerospace Industry/Civil Aviation (Government or Private Sector)

• Air Services of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police 

• All police personnel serving in the Air Service of their respective Police Services

• Civilian pilot, navigator, or air engineer who is directly involved with the flying or maintenance of commercial aircraft.

Or

• An interest in the Aviation community
